Tracy Hill, MFT
Tracy Hill, MFT treats individuals, couples, and families of all ages. She particularly enjoys treating adolescents and young adults who deal with mood stability, substance use and life transitions of all kinds. She has extensive experience working in hospital detox and outpatient centers, residential facilities, intensive outpatient, high schools, and in-home services.
Tracy’s treatment approach is collaborative as she helps her clients identify goals, personal strengths, and pinpoint specific strategies to achieve their goals. She incorporates attachment-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems, person-centered and trauma oriented approaches to help her clients reach their goals. Her philosophy is that therapy is meant to be a transformative and empowering experience.
Tracy is native to Santa Barbara. After finishing her undergraduate work at the University of California Davis, she earned a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University.
