Sabrina Owen, MFT
Sabrina Owen has over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages. Sabrina specializes in the treatment of individuals with complex trauma, substance use issues, maladaptive coping skills, mood disorders and those who have been involved in the justice system.
Sabrina is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Buddhist Psychology and utilizes these methods in her practice. She has extensive experience working with those from difficult to treat populations with complex needs; her compassionate approach validates trauma and resiliency while helping clients find a path to overcoming obstacles and improving their quality of life.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, Sabrina completed her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University.
