Madeleine Mauk, MFT

Madeleine Mauk is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and masters degree in Counseling from Sonoma State University. She works with adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Madeleine specializes in treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem and relationship issues. She has worked in diverse treatment settings such as inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, secondary schools, residential programs, juvenile justice and field based intervention.

Her treatment approach is tailored to the needs of each client based on their individualized goals and values. She creates a safe and supportive environment allowing for her client’s to be seen, heard and accepted as they are – the optimal environment for change and growth. Her methods integrate therapies such as mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Humanistic Therapy.
