Ann Stephens, MFT (she/her/hers)
Ann Stephens works with children, teens, and adults on an individual basis. Ann specializes in the treatment of anxiety, childhood trauma, life change transitions, divorce, sexual abuse, anger management, domestic violence, self esteem issues, alcoholism, and children of alcoholics.
Ann strives to create a compassionate environment while encouraging Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused methods for treatment. She has extensive experience utilizing Play Therapy, Trauma Treatment and Conflict Resolution to help children and families navigate a path towards healing.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at UCSB, Ann went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
